This 1-bed flat had an outdated maroon bathroom suite, brown carpets and a disintegrating kitchen. With a £13,000 budget, we replaced the kitchen, bathroom and flooring, opened up the living/dining area and fitted new wardrobes. A great transformation.
3-bed semi-detached
hartlepool
This home had stood empty for over a year when we bought it. With swirly carpets and flowery wall paper, this was a full 8-week renovation project. It is now a modern family home with laminate flooring, new doors, a new kitchen and bathroom and beautiful grey walls and carpets.
